Originally a separate toilet and washroom, the brief was to deliver a single modern bathroom. The separating wall was removed and the door to the toilet bricked in, the floor was levelled and under-floor heating installed. A new bathroom suite was fitted with modern appliances, storage cupboards and radiators. A new plasterboard ceiling was applied and the walls and ceiling plastered.

James Simpson managed the project, removed the separating wall, bricked the doorway, fitted the bathroom and radiators, levelled the floor and installed under-floor heating. The remaining tasks were carried out by local tradesmen.
